Interpreting potential errors

When using the powerful calculation tools and functions within Excel, it can become easy to simply accept the values calculated without checking their accuracy.

To help you identify potential errors in formulas across your worksheet, the Formula Error Checker marks these cells with a green triangle in the top left corner.

When you click on the cell in question, the Error Checker is presented. Point to the button and the potential error is shown.
